2 - The FMC gave an update, by the numbers, on Charge Complaints and the Office of Consumer Affairs and Dispute Resolution Services (of the FMC) gave an update on their case load.
3 - gCaptain reported that Hapag-Lloyd AG is equipping STARLINK internet service across its entire fleet. Great news!
