1- We're still on Federal Maritime Commission rulemaking watch - we're still waiting on the detention and demurrage billing/invoicing requirements final rule and any text to be released from the unfair or unjustly discriminatory methods definitions rule. 2 - The FMC will hold their next Commission Meeting on September 21 at 1pm.
