1- OSRA 2.0 was introduced in the House this week, as promised last week by Congressman Dusty Johnson of South Dakota. Sal and I react to this OSRA 2.0 language.
2- Last week Congressman Jim Costa introduced the Ocean Shipping Antitrust Enforcement Act. My thoughts are that eliminating antitrust exemption for ocean shipping is not the answer. I asked Sal what he thinks...
