1- We're still on final rule watch! The Federal Maritime Commission's Unreasonable Refusal to Deal or Negotiate with respect to Vessel Space Accommodations Final Rule was required (under OSRA 22) to be released December 16, 2022.
The FMC addressed this at their Commission meeting this week and they will be publishing a supplemental notice of proposed rulemaking. We'll be on the lookout!
2- A.P. Moller - Maersk is streamlining its subsidiaries.
