1- The Federal Maritime Commission's Unreasonable Refusal to Deal or Negotiate with respect to Vessel Space Accommodations Final Rule was required (under OSRA 22) to be released December 16, 2022 - still nothing on the website as of this posting.
2- Federal Trade Commission published a non-compete rule yesterday, banning all non-compete clauses.

3- U.S. House of Representatives and United States Senate passed the National Defense Authorization Act and directed the U.S. Department of Transportation to draft a National Maritime Strategy (and to revisit it every 5 years!).
